Brianne's place was AMAZING! We were a group of 7 adults and 4 kids and it was such a great house for our big group. The house was well stocked, the bedroom situation is one of the best I've ever experienced. The backyard was SO great, the pool/spa temperature was absolutely perfect and clean. Between the backyard and the game room, her home offers so much fun for all. We really enjoyed the pickle ball court and eating meals outside in the covered area. We cooked most meals at the house, and everything you need is within driving distance. Brianne was easy to communicate with, friendly and we would 100% come back to stay here again.

This was the best condo we have stayed at yet. Nice, neat, and clean. Plenty of room and the rooms were pretty big! The splash pad for the kids was a huge plus. That did it for us. Will definitely be booking this one again! Top notch!

I’ve stayed in a good amount of condos and this one was by far the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. The king size bed was SO comfortable, I literally ordered the same topper for my bed at home. I will absolutely be back to stay again!

Amazing stay! Brianne’s place was just like the description—clean, comfortable, and everything we needed. She was very kind, accommodating, and super easy to communicate with, even when I checked out late. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. 5 stars all the way—highly recommend!

Let me start out with that I’m a tough reviewer but this is one of the best stays/home I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in (so this says a lot). The home and the pool/backyard were impeccably clean. The pool was at perfect temperature and didn’t have any issues even when the temperature dropped below 50. This home offers so much and the photos match exactly how the home looks. The host is very attentive, friendly, and flexible. Will be 100% coming back!

We really enjoyed our two week stay at this property. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to AMI. There are some really great restaurants just a few minutes drive away, but the kitchen has everything you need for making a meal at the house. Grocery stores, butcher shops and seafood markets are nearby. Very comfortable home.

This house was perfect for our vacation to Bradenton. It was bigger than what we needed, but the price was good and we loved the location, so close to everything. Brianne was very nice and attentive. We didn’t have any issues to bug her with though. We would definitely love to come back and stay again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay in Bradenton for a soccer tournament with our family of six plus in-laws, and this house was absolutely perfect for our group. Traveling with four kids can be a lot, but the game room was the ultimate entertainment hub for both kids and adults. Honestly, one of the best features of the home. There was more than enough to keep everyone entertained without even needing to leave the house.
The location was also a big win. Everything was an easy drive, with plenty of great food options and nearby supermarkets, which made meals and snacks super convenient during a busy tournament schedule.
The home was comfortable, spacious, and well set up for a large family. We would 100% book again on our next trip to Bradenton. Highly recommend!
